    Proud to be collaborating with ThayerMahan, a leader in autonomous maritime security solutions keen on adapting its best-in-class seabed imaging technology to the offshore industry, with a focus on offshore wind.  Add in Geo SubSea’s post-survey technical experience with data analysis, interpretation, and product development, and its quite a team! The fact that both companies are headquartered in Connecticut is a testament to the state’s leadership role in the advancement of marine science and technology.

    Geo SubSea personnel started working from home the week before the CT Governor announced non-essential businesses should work remotely, end of March. With a heavy workload continuing through this difficult period, staff are doing their part to practice CDC recommendations while staying connected by using online technology.  We want to express our warmest appreciation for all the front line community workers keeping essential needs available and hope that all of our associates and their families are staying safe and healthy. We will get through this and come out stronger on the other side.

    Geo SubSea has relocated and upgraded its office space, staying on Main Street in Middletown CT to take advantage of the vibrant atmosphere and proximity to restaurants and shops. We look forward to hosting everyone at some point in the new office and discussing potential collaborations in the offshore industry. Thanks to all our clients for the support.

    Geo SubSea participated in the 23rd annual Source to Sea cleanup event hosted by the Connecticut River Conservancy. Thousands of volunteers staged along the length of the river removed trash and invasive plants from its’ banks. Pictured is Liz and Nick with a rusted push mower they pulled from the riverbank at Haddam Meadows State Park. This was a great community event to help the environment.
